Returns & Cancellation

If you're not happy, we're not happy! Your Islatials purchase is backed by a simple 5-day "no-hassle" return/exchange policy. 

Islatials believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, an easy Cancellation/Return policy.

Returns will be accepted only if you have received a “Damaged”, “Defective” or “Different Colored” item.

Return request should be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery through the mail or the web portal

How do I return a product purchased on www.islatials.com?

If for any reason, you wish to get a refund/exchange, you have to send the mail to [email protected] within 5 days after you receive the product mentioning the reasons. After this, Our Customer Care will get in touch with you and initiate the process of return.

Important:

Please ensure that the product is in unused, unwashed and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

Returns T&C

Products with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be refunded.

Return request should be made within the specified time frame.

Anything should not be missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

The product is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product will not be refunded.

Fragile items, hygiene-related items, books, attar, custom-made products cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order online before the product has been shipped, your entire order amount will be refunded.

Refunds for all returned or cancelled products will be credited back to the Original Mode of Payment used by the customer in 3 to 7 days. In case of COD orders, the price of the product will be refunded as cashback/ gift card which can be used by the customer in their future purchase within a validity period of 1 year.
