Islatials believes in helping its customers as far as
possible and has, therefore, an easy Cancellation/Return policy.
Returns will be accepted only if you have received a “Damaged”,
“Defective” or “Different Colored” item.

How do I return a product purchased
If for any reason, you wish to get a
